Summary information on the processing of personal data (Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR). The data you provide through this form (name, email address, book code and any additional information) are processed by the Controller for the sole purpose of giving you access to the content and handling your request.

Legal basis: consent and the taking of pre-contractual/contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Retention: for the time strictly necessary for the stated purposes and for legal obligations; the data are not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights: you may exercise at any time the rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent) and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Garante). In particular, you can delete your data at any time with a single click, using the “Remove my data” button at the bottom of every page.
